Privacy policy

Block Block is operated by GAMYFY DEVELOPMENT - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). It is available as an app for Android on Google Play and as a Mini App inside Telegram. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to info@gamyfy.ai.
In short
- You can play without an account. Then everything stays on your device.
- If you sign in (with Google on Android, or by opening the game inside Telegram), your progress, scores and purchases are stored on our servers under your account so they follow you between devices.
- We do not sell your data, we do not share it with data brokers, and the Android app shows no advertising.
- You can delete your account, and everything under it, from Settings inside the game.
Playing without an account
Your scores, level, coins, gems, boosters and settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. While the game is open it sends our server short play-session statistics: which platform you play on, your country and language, how long the game was on screen and how many rounds you played. These are keyed by a random identifier the app generates on your device, not by your name, and are used only to understand how the game is used.
Signing in
Google (Android app). When you sign in with Google, Google gives us your Google account identifier, your name and your email address. We use the identifier to recognise your account, and your name and email to show you which account you are signed in to. We never see your Google password, and we ask for no other Google data.
Telegram. When you open the game inside Telegram, Telegram gives us your Telegram user id, first name, username and language, signed by Telegram. Opening the game inside Telegram is the sign-in.
With an account we store, under it: the display name and country flag you choose in the game, your scores and best scores, your coins, gems, boosters, daily streak and season pass progress, the state of online matches you play against friends (room codes, moves and timing), and referral links between accounts in Telegram.
Prize tournaments
Entry is free. To join, you confirm you are 18 or older and accept the tournament rules; we record that confirmation. Every move of a tournament run is recorded and replayed on our servers, which is how a winning run is verified. If you win, you receive a win code in the game. To claim a prize you email us the code; for delivery we may then ask for a postal address and proof of age, which we use only to deliver the prize and keep only as long as that takes.
Purchases
Purchases exist only in the Telegram version and are paid with Telegram Stars, processed by Telegram. We keep a record of each purchase (what was bought, when, the Telegram charge identifier and any refund) for as long as accounting and tax law requires. The Android app has no purchases.
Advertising
The Android app shows no advertising and contains no advertising or analytics software from third parties. The Telegram version may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads provided by AdsGram, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your country
The flag shown next to your name is the one you pick. If you have not picked one, we estimate your country from your network connection to suggest a flag.
Who else processes your data
- Google Cloud hosts our servers, in the European Union.
- Google provides sign-in on Android and distributes the app through Google Play.
- Telegram provides the Mini App platform and processes Stars payments.
- Cloudflare serves our website.
- AdsGram serves ads in the Telegram version only.
Each of them processes only what is needed for its part, under its own terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Guest data lives on your device until you uninstall. Play-session statistics are kept in aggregate to understand how the game is used; they contain no name or email. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs, which include IP addresses, are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Deleting your account
Open Settings in the game and choose Delete my account. This removes your profile, scores, wallet, boosters, pass progress, tournament entries and runs, online match records and referral links. Your name on past tournament podiums is replaced with "DELETED". Purchase records are kept where the law requires it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also ask us to delete your account by email from the address you signed in with.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@gamyfy.ai. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under data protection law, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Your data is processed on servers in the European Union and by our company in the United Arab Emirates.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Prize tournaments are open only to players who are 18 or older.
Security
All traffic between the game and our servers is encrypted. Access to the servers is limited to the people who run the game.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we update this page and its date, and for significant changes we tell you inside the game before they take effect.
