Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and GAMYFY DEVELOPMENT - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), for the use of the game Block Block on Android and inside Telegram. By playing, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. Prize tournaments are open only to players who are 18 or older. If you play inside Telegram or sign in with Google, you must also comply with their terms.
Your account
You may have one account. Keep the device and the account you sign in with secure: what happens under your account counts as yours. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Coins, gems, boosters and passes
In-game coins, gems, boosters, premium status and season pass rewards are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts or sold. We may change how they are earned, priced or used, and we may adjust or remove them to fix errors or abuse. Virtual items are lost when an account is deleted.
Purchases
Purchases are available only in the Telegram version and are paid with Telegram Stars under Telegram's terms. A purchase is delivered to your account as soon as Telegram confirms it. If something you paid for did not arrive, contact us at info@gamyfy.ai and we will make it right. Beyond that, purchases are final except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Prize tournaments
Tournaments are run under the tournament rules shown in the game, which form part of these terms. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary or improves your chances. Places are decided by our servers' recomputation of each run and are final. Prizes are as described in the tournament, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are claimed by emailing your win code to info@gamyfy.ai within 14 days of the tournament ending. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any tournament.
Fair play
Do not cheat. That includes automating play, modifying the game or its network traffic, exploiting bugs, using more than one account, or interfering with other players' matches. We may remove scores, void tournament runs, withhold prizes, and suspend or delete accounts that break this rule.
The game
Block Block, its artwork, sounds, code and name belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse-engineer it, or use it to build something else.
Availability
The game needs an internet connection for its online features and for the first launch of the Android app. We may update, change or stop parts of the game, including online features and tournaments, and we may take the game offline for maintenance. We will try to give notice of significant changes inside the game.
No warranty and limits of liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost virtual items, or lost data, except where our own negligence or wilful misconduct caused it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Ending the agreement
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, the tournament rules, or the law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes we tell you inside the game; continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are heard by its courts, unless the consumer law of your country of residence says otherwise.
